HERE’S THE DEAL…

Jesse Roth was born in New York City, but grew up in Los Angeles, and now she lives in New York City. Though she is unrepped she does consider herself bicoastal! She’s also Jewish and an “auburnette”.

Jesse produces and performs comedy all over New York, including the weekly open mic Let’s Fucking Go at Good Judy and the monthly variety show The Shuffle at Young Ethel’s.

Every week she hosts a radio show on Radio Free Brooklyn called The Mess. It’s 6pm EST and features awesome guests, themes, and of course music. Or you could follow her on instagram and see some silly stuff there.

IRL, you can catch her watching a lot of TV and eating lots of chips.

Wanted to shout out some amazing shows by some of my favorite ladies that are happening this week and I’m attending!!! 1) @damnzoob created a dang web series that I took some BTS photos n vids n such 2) @meganpatsel wrote a jukebox musical using Hannah Montana music and if that isn’t innovation idk what is! 3) @leannevely & @rebweis host a show in their backyard that is honestly unmatched. I’m inspired by all these gals.

Since the show is tomorrow, I’d like to shout out the many people who have been instrumental in The Mess. I’m so lucky to know so many talented people. 1) @drockmcoy added titles to my intro video for almost every iteration that I’ve done it in so far. He’s a whiz. 2) @douglaswidick is not only inspirational to me as a comedian who loves music, he helped make several of my dreams and jingles come alive that will be featured in the show. 3) @yoandyzou shot 2 videos in the show. He’s so talented I can’t believe it. 4) The show features another dream come true video that I made with @mattsimonfilm and @timsimon. We’ve worked together on a lot of projects and I don’t know a better pair of brothers! 5) @splamamica one of my best friends who not only provides me with emotional support, but helped me film a silly vid. 6) @mirandagruss took the photos for my poster and she and @handsomeguyontheinternet are in a vid. They’re the nicest people ever. 7) @amirismybff made my poster! He’s so quick and good and you should hire him. 8) @leenerschnitzel the show would not exist without her. See what I mean TOMORROW AT THE TANK!!! 9:30pm, tickets in bio, woo i am exhausted from writing all that. Last slide is a lil BTS for ya 🙃
